Forrester announces the winners of the North American Program of the Year Award and the 2024 B2B Return on Integration Honorees.

At B2B Summit North America, which took place in Austin, Texas, from May 5–8, 2024, Forrester presented its B2B Return on Integration (ROI) Honors to Verizon Business, DDI, and ADP. These businesses will be honored for creating memorable customer experiences (CX) and enhancing business success via cross-functional product, sales, and marketing alignment. The B2B Program of the Year (POY) Award recipients for this year’s implementation of customer-focused initiatives inside particular marketing, sales, and product departments will also receive recognition from Forrester.

With the goal of helping B2B marketing, sales, and product leaders develop their growth agenda and accelerate business outcomes using data, insights, and emerging technologies, B2B Summit North America is the premier gathering place for them to learn about new research, frameworks, and best practices. Award recipients will discuss how they have increased revenue, improved operational efficiency, and started projects that optimize customer value at this year’s B2B Summit.
