To boost the growth of connected TV advertising for its Spanish-language digital channels, Estrella Media uses FreeWheel.
Expanding its connected TV (CTV) advertising business, Estrella Media, the transformational Spanish-language media company servicing a multiplatform, varied Hispanic audience in the US, said today that it has joined with FreeWheel, a worldwide technology platform for the TV advertising market. With the help of the cooperation, both businesses will be able to promote and assist the rapid expansion of Hispanic CTV on all of the important Estrella Media platforms, including EstrellaTV, Estrella News, Cine EstrellaTV, Estrella Games, and the EstrellaTV App. A third of Estrella’s original content, which included the popular reality series Rica Famosa Latina, the renowned Premios de la Radio Regional Mexican music awards, the scripted Latin comedy Norteados con Don Cheto, and five daily news shows, were streamed for over 1.33 billion minutes in November.
